Where does pricing data come from? Pricing is pulled from live eBay listings to reflect current market values. Prices shown are averages based on recent listings and may vary from individual sales.
Why does my card show a different price than I see on eBay? Prices fluctuate constantly. Card Detective filters out graded cards, lot listings, and outliers to give you the most accurate price for an ungraded single card.
My card was misidentified. What should I do? Try scanning again in better lighting with the full card visible. For best results, lay the card flat on a plain surface.
How do I restore my Pro subscription? Open Card Detective, tap the Pro button, and tap “Restore Purchases”.
How do I cancel my subscription? Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Card Detective.
